TigerRisk hires Lindsey Frase from Willis Re

TigerRisk Partners, LLC, the reinsurance brokerage, risk and capital advisory, has announced the hiring of Lindsey Frase, a senior reinsurance broker based in California who joins the firm from her most recent position with Willis Re.

Frase is a production focused reinsurance broker working on the west coast U.S. and in her time working for Willis Re there helped the firm triple revenues from reinsurance brokerage in the region, becoming a key client owner.

Frase joins TigerRisk as a Partner and member of the firms’s North American Current Client Division. She will report to Wade Gulbransen, Global Head of Reinsurance and be based in San Francisco.

“Ms. Frase is one of the most capable and dynamic brokers in the industry,” Gulbransen explained. “Her leadership skills and expertise in business development and strategy will be an invaluable asset to our clients.”

Frase’s reinsurance industry career began at Guy Carpenter after leaving college and she became an Assistant Vice President at the firm.

She joined Willis Re in 2006 and continued to advance through the ranks, becoming the youngest broker ever to reach Executive Vice President.

While at Willis Re, Frase handled production and client account management in the western region, and also oversaw the Personal and Small Commercial Property (Regional) segment for North America. She became a member of Willis’ Operating Committee.
