Unfortunately we cannot return to Singapore this year to hold ILS Asia 2020 due to the global coronavirus pandemic. After four successful years in Singapore, for 2020 ILS Asia is going online and virtual for our fifth annual insurance-linked securities (ILS) conference.

We will still bring together international ILS and reinsurance market speakers to discuss the state of the ILS market and the benefits of insurance-linked securities capital as efficient risk transfer and capacity, but this year our gathering will be online and virtual.

For 2020 we want to drive home the advances made in ILS market structures and procedures, highlighting the benefits of ILS market risk transfer, efficient capital and reasons investors appreciate the asset class. All in keynotes and discussions across a number of days to make best use of your time.

This year, the event will maintain its Asia focus to a degree, but the subject matter will be a little broader and less region specific given the global reach of an online conference.

We are going virtual in 2020 to build on the success of our well attended 2016, 2017 , 2018 and 2019 ILS conferences for the Asia and surroundings region.

We're holding our virtual ILS Asia conference across multiple days to make it easier for people to attend the sessions they want, without committing to a full-day in front of a screen.

Beginning on Thursday July 9th, the conference will offer between two and three keynotes or panel sessions each day. Only people that have registered will get to view the first broadcasts and live panel discussions. The videos from the event will be archived for a broader audience.
