Insurance and reinsurance linked investment specialist manager Twelve Capital has added a new hire in the firms Zurich office, taking on Philipp Graf as an executive director focused on investor sales.
Philipp Graf joined Twelve Capital this week and brings significant experience in institutional sales and investments.
Most recently Graf was a divisional director at Macquarie bank, based in Switzerland, where he worked predominantly in the Funds Group.
Graf has also headed up the UK investment solutions & sales team of the Macquarie Funds Group, which manages over £40bn, being responsible for launching new investment funds to the market.
Prior to his time at Macquarie, Graf was an analyst at UBS Warburg.
By hiring a name with experience in the investor sales and funds market, particularly in institutional sales, Twelve Capital will hope to gain introductions and promote their insurance and reinsurance linked investment funds to a broader range of potential clients.
Twelve Capital invests across the risk-return spectrum in re/insurance, with strategies focused on catastrophe bonds, private ILS and collateralized reinsurance, private insurance debt and insurance equities.
