As per reinsurance broker Gallagher Re, aggregate property reinsurance protection is making a return to the market, following a period of limited availability.

At the Monte Carlo Rendez-vous event there was little talk among reinsurance companies about pulling back on property catastrophe underwriting but there was an expectation of some more flexibility being given to cedents, equity analysts at Peel Hunt have reported.
