Artemis will be back in New York City for our eleventh insurance linked securities (ILS) conference in the ILS NYC series on February 5th 2027.
Around 450 attendees are expected to join us again in New York in February 2027, as we continue our popular series of insurance-linked securities conferences in the city. This will be the tenth in-person ILS NYC event.
In 2027 we will return to New York to host another full-day of detailed discussions on the catastrophe bond and wider insurance-linked securities (ILS) market, with a focus on a 30 year milestone being reached but more importantly on what comes next for the ILS industry.

Artemis ILS NYC 2027 will feature a full day event of inspiring and educational talks and discussions on stage, with plenty of valuable networking opportunities with industry leaders of the ILS market, investors and service providers.
Even before Artemis existed the founders saw the first catastrophe bonds coming to market and the 30th anniversary of those formative transactions will be in late 1996 and early 1997. As a result, we intend to celebrate this cat bond and ILS market milestone in our typical, forward-looking way, by asking what comes next?
The cat bond and ILS transactions that came to market in those early days of the industry set the stage for what the insurance-linked securities asset class has become.
While the industry has been through a near-constant evolution ever since, the value-proposition of ILS capital and third-party capital in reinsurance remains the same, efficient risk capital to support rising global risks, delivering relatively uncorrelated sources of return to a global investor base.
After a few years of particularly strong issuance and growth, ILS has firmly cemented itself within reinsurance and investment markets, meaning the platform created after the 30 year journey ILS has been through so far is a solid footing for future innovation and continued expansion of the asset class.
