RenaissanceRe Capital Partners, the newly rebranded home of third-party capital management and insurance-linked securities (ILS) at Bermuda reinsurance firm RenaissanceRe (RenRe) has hired Roger Beach from Aon, as a Senior Analyst focused on investor relations and operational due diligence.
Beach joined RenaissanceRe Capital Partners in February as a Senior Analyst, based in Bermuda.
He will be reporting into Laura Bonanno, Vice President and his role will cover RenRe Capital Partners Investor Relations activities as well as Operational Due Diligence.
Beach’s role will also involve supporting operations and activities related to business development and transactional needs of insurance-linked securities (ILS) and reinsurance joint-ventures under the management of RenRe Capital Partners.
Beach previously worked at insurance and reinsurance broker Aon in Bermuda with a focus on insurance-linked securities (ILS).
He managed a range of services provided to the brokers clients, covering ILS instruments including catastrophe bonds, mortgage ILS deals, reinsurance sidecars and life insurance securitizations.
Prior to joining Aon in 2018, Beach worked as a General Accountant at life and annuities reinsurance specialist Athene for four years, before which he worked at consultancy Deloitte in Bermuda and the Caribbean.
