Prime Management joins Bermuda Stock Exchange as listing sponsor

Prime Management Limited, a Bermuda based independent provider of fund administration services to onshore and offshore hedge funds with a focus on risk-linked securities such as catastrophe bonds, has joined the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) as a Listing Sponsor.

As a Listing Sponsor, Prime now have the ability to sponsor applications for new listings on the BSX of insurance linked securities including catastrophe bonds. They can also act as sponsor for applications to list a range of other securities such as investment funds, other fixed income securities, depository receipts and the secondary listing of equities.
