Euler ILS Partners promotes Kündig to Partner and Investment Director

Euler ILS Partners, the specialist Swiss insurance-linked securities (ILS) investment manager, has promoted long-standing team member Jean Kündig to Partner and Investment Director.

Kündig had worked with the Euler ILS Partners team since 2016, having been with the same group of ILS specialists when the team was under Credit Suisse ownership.

Recall that Euler ILS Partners Ltd. was launched in 2024 as an independent insurance-linked securities (ILS) investment manager by Niklaus Hilti and the team that was formerly Credit Suisse Insurance Linked Strategies.

Kündig was part of that team, having held roles focused on catastrophe bond and ILS trading and investment management since March 2016.

Kündig became the Head of Trading for CS ILS, a role he maintained over the transition to becoming Euler ILS Partners.

Now, the company has recognised his achievements, the important role he plays in the team and his long-standing employment by promoting him to Partner, while Kündig’s latest role title is Investment Director.
