Large, France domiciled reinsurer SCOR launched its Atlas Reinsurance X Ltd. fully-collateralized retrocessional reinsurance sidecar in late December 2013, with $55.5m of capacity. The sidecar’s listing on the Irish Stock Exchange reveals it’s comprised of two tranches of notes. One tranche, the Class A notes, sized at $55m, while the Class B notes have a capacity of $500,000, both tranches of notes within the Atlas Reinsurance X Ltd. sidecar vehicle have a due date of 30th April, 2017.
