London stock exchange listed insurance-linked securities (ILS) fund DCG Iris, operated by Dexion Capital with assets managed by the Credit Suisse ILS investment team, has now completed its first full-year and announced a total return of 4.94% for the period.

The DCG Iris insurance-linked securities (ILS) fund, marketed and operated by Dexion Capital with Credit Suisse providing ILS asset management services via its CS Iris Low Volatility Plus ILS fund, is targeting its next share placement for late October.

Insurance-linked securities and reinsurance-linked investments manager Credit Suisse has now fully resolved the potential exposure its CS Iris Low Volatility Plus Fund Limited had to last years hurricane, or superstorm, Sandy event and has moved side-pocketed investments back into the main fund portfolio.

The DCG Iris insurance-linked securities (ILS) fund, marketed and operated by Dexion Capital with Credit Suisse providing ILS investment management services via the master-fund CS Iris, will move forwards after its shareholders voted in favour of a continuation resolution.

Investors in the DCG Iris Limited insurance-linked security (ILS) and reinsurance-linked investment fund have demonstrated their confidence in the fund, its strategy and the investment managers, as well as their desire for it to continue by rejecting the recent offer to redeem shares.
