Reinsurance broker Guy Carpenter has added two senior hires to its GC Securities capital markets and investment banking arm. Andrew Beecroft and Paul Rayner have both been appointed as Managing Directors within GC Securities effective today (7th January), they are both qualified Chartered Accountants with experience across insurance and corporate finance and both are based in London.
Beecroft will Head the M&A team at GC Securities in London and they will both report to Des Potter, Head of GC Securities for Europe, Middle East & Africa. Prior to joining GC Securities both Beecroft and Rayner were with Aon Benfield Securities in London.
