TigerRisk Partners LLC, the global risk, capital and reinsurance brokerage and advisory, has announced a new senior appointment, as it has added a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with the hiring of Jonathon D’Arcy, who previously worked at broker JLT Re as CFO and COO.

Radonich will remain connected with the company though, acting as a senior financial advisor to TigerRisk Partners.

“I have had the pleasure of working with Milan at several different organizations,” explained TigerRisk Chief Executive Officer Rod Fox. “He has been fantastic. His steady hand in protecting and guiding TigerRisk for over 13 years has been invaluable.”

D’Arcy will join TigerRisk and be based in its New York office, reporting directly to Rob Bredahl, President of TigerRisk.

CEO Rod Fox added, “Jonathon comes to Tiger at an exciting time when our organization is growing rapidly, and the industry is changing by the day. His long track record and proven expertise will be vital to TigerRisk.”

D’Arcy actually joins TigerRisk from private-equity backed cyber risk analytics and insurance startup ARCEO.AI where he served as CFO.

He had previously spent 23 years working at insurance and reinsurance broking group JLT, serving as CFO and Chief Operating Officer for JLT Re (North America) between 2014 and 2020.

“I am delighted to be joining TigerRisk,” added D’Arcy. “The TigerRisk team have built a distinguished and dynamic entrepreneurial business, and I look forward to supporting the company in the next stages of its growth.”
