“Stan brings excellent experience in the structured finance domain and broad knowledge in corporate securities. We are thrilled to welcome him to the Katten team,” said Vincent A. F. Sergi, Katten’s national managing partner.
Renas has experience gained from working on ILS and risk transfer transactions including catastrophe bonds, longevity trades and Triple-X transactions which should help Katten to focus in more on this growing area which can be extremely profitable for law firms.
