Cadwalader named a leader in areas of derivatives, securitization and cat bonds


Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, has been named a leading law firm in a number of areas of structured finance in the latest edition of the IFLR 1000, a guide to the world’s leading financial law firms. Areas of specific interest to our readers will be their recognition for work in derivatives, securitization and specifically catastrophe bonds.

The Cadwalader London office were specifically mentioned for their work on a number of recent catastrophe bond transactions. In particular their work on last years €75m Atlas Capital VI Ltd. cat bond was mentioned as they advised Aon Benfield Securities during the transaction.
