Embassy Asset Management LP is a registered investment adviser primarily based in Short Hills, New Jersey.
The company launched the Ambassador Fund as a catastrophe bond focused 40’s Act mutual investment fund strategy in the third-quarter of 2023. The Ambassador Fund was registered as “non-diversified” under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the 1940 Act) and sits as a series under the Investment Managers Series Trust II mutual fund platform.
Investment Managers Series Trust II is sponsored by UMB Bank’s fund arm, UMB Fund Services, Inc., alongside Mutual Fund Administration, LLC.
The Ambassador Fund strategy first began allocating capital to catastrophe bonds and some industry-loss warranty (ILW) contracts under a structure named Consulate Re in the quarter to April 30th 2023.
The Ambassador Fund had grown steadily to reach $607 million of total net assets under management by September 2025.
Embassy Asset Management also offers a private fund that also has an insurance-linked securities (ILS) focus, named the Schrodinger Fund I, LLC. The Schrodinger Fund I had approximately $26 million in net assets as of March 2025.
