Azimut Investments SA is the Luxembourg branch of Azimut Group. The ultimate parent company is Azimut Holding SPA that is listed in the main index of the Italian Stock Exchange (AZM.IM). Azimut Group acquired Eskatos’ business in 2011 and completely integrated this business with Azimut Investments SA during 2019. Overall, the Group manages about €80 billion (mainly through mutual funds investing in traditional stocks and bonds) and around €50 billion are managed from Luxembourg.
Azimut Investments SA manages one investment fund active in catastrophe bonds and traditional reinsurance: AZ Eskatos – Multistrategy ILS Fund with AuM of USD 160 million.
