Secquaero Advisors AG has completed another value-in-force life insurance securitisation for Luxembourg domiciled life insurer Atlanticlux Lebensversicherung S.A, in a €70m SQ ReVita II IC Ltd. transaction featuring a closed-block of European life insurance.
