Artemis was delighted to return to Singapore for our fifth in-person insurance-linked securities (ILS) conference held in the city, on July 13th 2023.
We return to the Suntec Convention Centre for our ILS Asia 2023 conference, with the same goal as previous years, education and connections, bringing together those interested or involved in ILS from the Asia and Pacific regions with executives from the global insurance-linked securities (ILS) marketplace.
Artemis was last in Singapore for our fourth annual insurance-linked securities (ILS) conference in the city in 2019, which built on the success of 2016, 2017 and 2018 events.
At ILS Asia 2023 we will continue to demystify the ILS market, furthering education on the ILS asset class and reconnecting with our attendees, while updating them on regional and global ILS market activity and hearing the thoughts of mature-market ILS executives on the potential for further growth in Asia and beyond.
With global reinsurance market pricing having hardened considerably and returns now reset much higher, the ILS market and catastrophe bonds are playing an important role as a diversifying risk capital source of protection, while investor interest is also expanding on the back of much higher yields.
At the ILS Asia 2023 conference, we'll discuss these trends and more, including the opportunities for growth and expansion of the ILS market, such as to non-catastrophe lines of business.

The ILS Asia 2023 conference will be filled with insightful talks and panel discussions from leading ILS, reinsurance and capital market executives, with a mix of regional and international speakers.
In continuing our education and connections focus, ILS Asia 2023 will feature a mix of sessions to update attendees on the state of the ILS market, the opportunities it currently presents to both sponsors and investors, how regional activity is developing in Asia Pacific and a look at ILS market expansion as well.
In 2023 we're delighted to welcome back the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) who will be providing an opening keynote address on the day.
As well as the opportunities to learn from our speaker faculty during keynotes and panels, Artemis ILS Asia 2023 will also provide our attendees a perfect opportunity to network with senior decision makers across the insurance-linked securities (ILS) and reinsurance market.
The venue will be open from 8am on the day, with coffee and breakfast snacks available, with the speaking running from 9am to 5pm, interspersed with networking breaks and lunch. Then to end the day we will have a cocktail reception running until 7pm.
