Hannover Life Reassurance Company of America (Hannover Life Re or Hannover Re US) has announced the promotion of Dale Mensik to Senior Vice President, Financial Solutions, a role in which he will lead certain of the firm’s life reinsurance capital markets activities.
Mensik has been with Hannover Life Re since 2012, joining the life insurance and reinsurance company from Deutsche Bank where he worked on life insurance capital solutions and investment banking. Prior to that, Mensik worked for 15 years in various actuarial, capital market and marketing roles at companies focused on mortality reinsurance, financial reinsurance and capital markets activity.

In the new role, Mensik will be responsible for leading Hannover Re US’s activities in financial life reinsurance, life securitization and other capital market related life insurance activities such as insurance lending for the U.S. life insurance market.
