Areas of specific interest to our readers will be their recognition for work in derivatives, securitization and specifically catastrophe bonds.
The Cadwalader London office were specifically mentioned for their work on a number of recent catastrophe bond transactions. In particular their work on last years €75m Atlas Capital VI Ltd. cat bond was mentioned as they advised Aon Benfield Securities during the transaction.
