Not content with the listing of millions of shares announced a couple of days ago, CATCo Investment Management have listed additional Class C shares of their CATCo Reinsurance Opportunities Fund on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
The result of a capital and capacity raising exercise to take advantage of opportunities in the reinsurance retro market CATCo has been busy expanding their fund through new share offerings.
This time they have listed 850,000 Class C shares in the fund on the BSX and again Prime Management Ltd. have acted as listing sponsor.
