Specialist insurance and reinsurance linked investment manager Leadenhall Capital Partners has announced a new hire within its business development function, adding Paul Haig who was previously with reinsurance broker Aon Benfield.
Haig has joined the Leadenhall Capital Partner’s business development team and will report direct to the firm’s Head of Business Development and Leadenhall partner, Lorenzo Volpi.
“We are delighted to welcome Paul Haig to the Business Development Team and believe his knowledge of reinsurance and analytical skills will prove invaluable to our existing and prospective investors,” Volpi commented on the hire.
Haig has joined Leadenhall Capital Partners following over 5 years working at reinsurance brokerage Aon Benfield, where he held a role in the catastrophe management team as an analyst, largely focused on European reinsurance treaty risks.
