Bermuda-headquartered ILS management, servicing, transformation and fronting specialist Horseshoe Group has joined the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) as a listing sponsor, through its Horseshoe Corporate Services Ltd. unit.
Effective as of the 20th February 2017, Horseshoe Group can now provide services to issuers in order to facilitate listing of securities, including insurance-linked securities (ILS) such as catastrophe bonds or reinsurance sidecar notes, on the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX).
