Kane hires for two U.S. business development roles

Kane, the largest global independent insurance manager and a leading providers of insurance-linked securities (ILS) and life, pensions and investment (LPI) administration services, has added two new business development hires in the U.S.

Kane has strengthened its business development team in the US with the appointment of Monica Everett as Business Development Director and Hannah Hayes as Business Development Associate.

Everett will work on building customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities, in close collaboration with the Kane teams in the US, Cayman and Bermuda. Hayes will support the business development directors, liaising with existing and prospective clients, researching market opportunities and developing new relationships.

Everett joins Kane with over 30 years of insurance experience and a wealth of knowledge in the captive arena. Prior to joining Kane, she was Vice President of Willis Insurance, North America, focusing on large captive accounts in areas such as construction, renewable energy, real estate and staffing risks. Hayes was most recently a Regional Sales Operations Coordinator for Clearwire Corporation, responsible for project management and operations support for a large sales team.
