Lawfirm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP has promoted to Partner an attorney who has been involved in the firms work in the insurance-linked securities (ILS), catastrophe bond and reinsurance arena.
Shlomo Boehm works across a number of areas of federal income tax, particularly on securitization transactions and including having experience in federal tax issues across insurance-linked securities, catastrophe bonds and the structuring of investment funds.
Cadwalader has promoted Mr. Boehm to Partner at the lawfirm adding another to the firm with ILS and cat bond legal experience as a specialism.
Four other attorneys have also been promoted to Partner at the firm, but Mr. Boehm is the only new Cadwalader Partner with a specialism in ILS and cat bond law.
